yes it’s true. parents: buy your children polaroid cameras. forget high-quality digital, kids want instant gratification…i had a blast with these kids a few weeks ago at one of my weddings – they loved my big SLR but kept asking how they could get the pictures out of it – luckily i had my polaroid tucked into my shootsac! i totally made their night and i made 3 new little buddies :)
how cute are they showing off their souvenirs??

i was in chicago last week photographing AHF LIVE – a conference on affordable housing. highlights included chicago mayor richard daley, former congresswoman nancy johnson, and senator paul sarbanes.
mayor daley is committed to affordable housing and told the audience it is a “top priority for his administration.”

Nancy Johnson stressed that at the very least “everyone deserves a modicum of economic and health security.”

Paul Sarbanes called on the audience to make an effort to educate Congress in regards to the housing crisis, insisting that “we need results, and we need them in a hurry.”
